The location was comfortable and perfect, in the desert, its a plus. The stuff was very efficient, and requests where handled quickly. I appreciated the breakfast with lots of good food.

The room was brand-new and pet-friendly and the amenities included a couch, a kitchenette and closet space. A bathtub in the separate bathroom was a plus. All the staff were very efficient. The check in was early and the atmosphere was friendly throughout the hotel.

I appreciated 2 nights there. The food was good, the atmosphere of the place was friendly. This was my 2nd stay, they offered standard king room. The hotel had a central position not far from both Palm Springs downtown, Palm Springs and Red Lion Inn in Cathedral City, and the mountains and Highway 111.

Newly renovated family-friendly place, it has convenient location very close to the outlet mall, both Palm Springs and other desert cities, and both Palm Springs downtown and El Paseo. The staff is brilliantly helpful and the atmosphere is friendly.

My stay at Red Lion Inn & Suites in Cathedral City was fantastic! I was in town for a weekend getaway and found the hotel to be conveniently located near a Big Lots store and bus stop. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to slide on the $40 deposit one day. The breakfast selection was great, although I wish there were more fruit options. The manager was awesome and the overall experience was enjoyable!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Red Lion. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, offering a variety of options to suit any palate. The hotel also had rooms with kitchenettes, which made it convenient to cook our own meals. The staff was friendly and the pool area was perfect for relaxing. '#106 was too close to street and trailer park in back. Noise was loud sometime. #117 was on the inside and quiet although next to pool. We liked the couch and extra room.

The location was good for our visit in Date Palm. The staff was very nice in that I had a small accident while there and broke my leg, and we had to move to a different resort in order for me to have better accomodations with my leg. They only ended up charging us for a one night stay.

The room that we were given didn't appear to have been used for some time and had a little bit of a musty smell. You could tell that some remodling had been done in the bathroom, however, it still had some unfinisthed appearances and the room carpet could have used a cleaning.

Comfortable beds, friendly staff, good breakfast options, adequate gym, clean rooms, nice hot shower.

THe pool is till not heated. They said the heater was broken, but this is the 3rd year in a row it's been broken. Minor issues in room that were never resolved - fridge didn't work the entire trip and no plug for bath tub.
